In the meantime check out this easy healthy meal. Carbs, protein, veggies, healthy fat all in a sweet/savory wrap. You can have half a portion for a snack, or a whole one for a meal. Plus it’s super easy to make.

Thai Chicken or Tofu Broccoli Wraps
You can view the full recipe at Fitness Magazine, May 2009. The only change made was to marinate the chicken and tofu in a splash of Hoisin sauce for a hint of sweetness.
