My parents and brother have been visiting from the East Coast. Since I am only able to see them a few times each year I wanted to spend quality time with them. So all is forgiven, yes? I am still catching up, but will be in the groove shortly.

We all took over my husband’s gracious families’ house in Ventura to have a mini late West Coast Wedding Celebration for the family on this side of the country. Perfect timing, because we just celebrated our first year
. We are so lucky to have such supportive family, it was an awesome time.
Here are some pics from some of the rock scrambling hikes and adventures we had.

Gorgeous photos!! It looks like some fun adventures. And a random bathtub?? I always wonder how random things like that get to the middle of nowhere.
Thanks Christine! We did too actually, so we asked around. Apparently, the tub is used as a water basin for the cattle. Good thing my brother kept his shorts on ha!

Thanks Amanda! Yeah, it’s great to get outdoors!
